Operators of pressure maintenance, secondary recovery projects or produced water disposal wells are required to file this report of injection project, which corresponds to NOGCC 036 Form 11, on or before the twenty-fifth of each month succeeding the month in which the injection occurs.
Selecting File My eReport Online | Report of Injection Project from the menu calls the Monthly Report of Injection Project Options form. Select the operator you are representing and the report period and click Submit Query to access the Monthly Report of Injection Project form.
Select the appropriate project number from the displayed list in the center frame to display the fields in the Water Injection Summary subform. Click the checkbox if you are amending a previously submitted report and then enter the total number of active and shut-in injection wells and the total water injected during the month. Be sure to Save your entries.
To proceed, select an API well number to record the dates and well pressures associated with the injection events.
Tip: If you wish to add a new project to the list, please contact NOGCC offices at (308) 254-6919 to provide the appropriate information. NOGCC will then update the Web server database for you.
Tip: Even if you have finished entering your data for the reporting period, your work is not complete until you review your eReport and submit it to the server.
After you have completed data entry on the Web forms, you must review your report for accuracy and then submit it to the eReport Web server. Please see the topic Viewing and Amending Reports Online for more information about this process.
