To review a previously submitted report online, follow this procedure:
1. Make sure that you are logged into the eReport Web site.
2. From the main menu, choose File My eReport Online | Review My eReport for Submittal.
3. From the Report Review Options form, select the name of your company and the report period for the monthly report you want to review, and click Send Options.
A summary table of previously submitted monthly operations reports for the company you selected will be displayed. The table includes a report ID number, the report period, the date the submittal was filed in eReport, and the status of the data transfer.
Locate the report you wish to review and click the corresponding Review button. If the report in question contains several required parts, the table will include a Review button for each part.
When you click Review, the report will be displayed so that you can print or amend the data in the report. If you change the data, be sure to click Save to record your changes. A Delete button is also available if you need delete previously submitted data.
Important: You may amend your reports up until the time you submit them for validation and all validation checks are passed.
