The form fields displayed in the Disposal form in eReportRemote.NET correspond directly to the form fields on the Report of Disposal Well Activity on NOGCC’s eReport Web application. The Disposal form displays the wells in the active dataset by well number in a nesting grid format. Select a well to begin your data entry. Be sure to click the checkbox if you are amending a previously submitted report and then enter the quantity injected in barrels. You are required to submit at least four injection dates per well. To add an injection date for a particular well, select the well and then click the Add Injection Date button on the form or use the hotkey <Alt-I>.
You can search and filter the dataset for the selection criteria marked by a 
. Searches can save you time in preparing monthly reports. For example, you can search for a specific well by clicking next to the Well ID column heading and choosing that entity number from the dropdown list. eReportRemote.NET also allows you to do more complex searches of the database that allow you to set and and or conditions. To perform such a search, click any of the filter icons and choose Custom from the dropdown list box.
Active filters are denoted by a blue icon 
. To remove a filter that you have placed, click the filter icon and select All from the dropdown list box.
The list of wells included on this form is not editable. If you wish to add a new disposal well to the list, please contact NOGCC offices at (308) 254-6919 to provide the appropriate information. NOGCC will then update the Web server database for you.
