Monthly Production Reports will be rejected if any of the following conditions apply:
1. Lease numbers are invalid.
2. Operator numbers are invalid and match lease assignments.
3. API well numbers for the disposal/injection wells are invalid.
4. Either the shut-in (SI) or producing (PR) well count is not greater than zero.
5. If the SI or PR well counts do not match the well counts for the previous month.
6. If the Days Producing exceeds the number of producing wells multiplied by days in month.
7. The production inventory is out-of-balance or current beginning of month inventory does not match the end of the previous month inventory.
8. Where oil sales are greater than zero and the oil purchaser number is not provided.
9. Where the oil adjustment is greater than zero and the adjustment code is not provided.
10. Where gas sales are greater than zero and the gas purchaser number is not provided.
11. Where water production is more than zero and the water disposal method or facility number is not provided.
12. If a report has been previously filed for the facility for the current production period and the new report is not flagged as an Amended report.
13. If the report is flagged as amended and a previous report has not been filed.
