Once you have completed the registration form and logged into eReport, you must register as an agent for the oil and gas companies you will represent in your eReport sessions. To do so, choose Edit My Profile from the main menu. Your user login information will be displayed in the center frame. If you need to change any of the information you submitted during the registration process, you can make the appropriate changes here. Then click Update Login.
In the lower right frame, you can register to represent one or more oil and gas companies.
1. Enter the first few letters of the operator name you will represent in the form text box and click Select operators beginning with:.
2. Scroll through the list to find the name of the company and click on it. You can choose several operators by holding the Ctrl key down while making your selections.
3. Once you have made your operator selections, click the Add Operators button below the list box.
Your selections will be added to the list of operators for your login account with a "PR" ("Proposed") status flag. Once the system administrator approves your request, you will be able to upload production and UIC reports online for those operators you selected through eReport.
